These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cryvis, including our website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Cryvis provides document extraction APIs that convert uploaded files into structured data. Features, endpoints, and pricing may change over time. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect existing integrations.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of API keys issued to you.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights
- Upload content you do not have permission to process
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted in writing
- Introduce malware or interfere with the operation of the Service
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of documents and data you submit. You grant Cryvis a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. Uploaded documents are processed for extraction and are not stored after the request completes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Billing and credits
Paid plans, credit allowances, and overage charges are described on our pricing page. Fees are billed according to the plan you select. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may suspend access for overdue payment after reasonable notice.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Status updates are published at /status. Support is provided according to your plan.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Extraction results may contain errors; you are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them in production workflows.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryvis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid Cryvis in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued provision poses legal or security risk. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the date above. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
